What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build production GTM and RevOps systems where AI, CRM data, and sales workflows turn real buyer signals into measurable revenue action.

At Hardhat Launch, I architect signal-to-action lead pipelines that use Claude API scoring and GoHighLevel workflows to qualify, route, and follow up with leads unattended in production. I also maintain an internal operations agent used daily by about 20 employees across four departments.

I've built LeadForge and LeadSniper for clients, combining n8n, FastAPI, CRM systems, Claude API, and Twilio to prevent duplicate enrichment spend and surface the hottest leads for sales teams. My work covers API integrations, AI-grounded outputs with RAG, outbound infrastructure, and production-ready automation.

Before automation engineering, I led sales and business operations for DAB Water Technologies, helping turn a market-entry plan into $80M in first-year sales. That operating experience keeps my GTM systems grounded in the realities of CRM adoption, pipeline management, and revenue execution.
