I'm an AI automation specialist and systems architect based in Cairo, building the pipelines that turn incoming leads into booked appointments — mainly for real estate agencies and marketing teams across the MENA region.
I didn't start in tech. I spent two years in sales and marketing, including time leading a team, which is where I first noticed the real problem: it was never a lack of leads, it was what happened to them after they came in. Leads sat in WhatsApp groups, got picked up hours later if at all, and agencies lost deals to whoever responded first — usually a competitor. That's the problem I now build systems to solve.
My most recent project was an end-to-end lead infrastructure for a real estate agency getting hundreds of Meta Ads leads a month with no real process behind them. I designed the ingestion layer with deduplication and idempotent upsert logic, added an AI classification layer that scores each lead's intent and urgency, and built a dynamic assignment engine that routes leads to agents based on capacity and past conversion performance — all backed by Supabase audit logs so the owner can see exactly what happened to any lead, at any time. Response time went from several hours to under two minutes.
I've also built a traffic-intelligence pipeline for a digital growth team (WordPress, Make.com, and Zapier feeding an OpenAI classification layer that scores visitor intent in real time), a Gmail outreach engine that reads and classifies incoming messages and triggers conditional follow-ups, and a Telegram bot that routes user input through an LLM and handles the full conversation flow.
My core stack is n8n, Make.com, Zapier, Supabase, and PostgreSQL, with API and LLM integration running through most of what I build. I'm also working through Harvard's CS50 and a Python course, on top of an AI automation and digital marketing track completed through ITIDA and Ain Shams University's youth initiative — this is a stack I keep adding to, not one I stopped at.
