At BetterShop Analytics, I architected a multi-agent AI system for Amazon Vendor and Seller accounts using LangChain/LangGraph and the Anthropic Claude API. Its natural-language-to-SQL agent uses RAG-based example retrieval and a self-learning loop that lifted query accuracy from about 75% to 95%.
I also built AI listing optimization on AWS Bedrock, with human review and Excel export, and developed the React dashboards and chat interface. I added multi-tenant SQL guardrails and Anthropic prompt caching to reduce per-request input cost.
At QikFinds, I built a browser extension and web platform for real-time retail arbitrage sourcing. I developed retailer data aggregation and an LLM-based selector recovery layer, and extended the pipeline to support self-service retailer onboarding.
Previously, I shipped a review-solicitation platform at Brief Adler and helped transform Seller Repay’s reimbursement tool into a multi-tenant SaaS platform. At BidX, I developed REST APIs and integrated Amazon Advertising APIs for campaign analytics.
