I sit between the customer conversation and the technical build.

I spent 3 years in US final expense life insurance, running the full call from first contact to close and underwriting 1,200+ policies across carriers like AIG, MetLife, Prudential and Mutual of Omaha. That meant medical questionnaires, risk assessment, and explaining carrier rules in plain terms to people who needed to make a decision. I closed 1,500+ deals doing it.

For the last several years I've been on the technical side. At Digilency Studio, a design and web development studio for US, AU and EU clients, I run technical pre-sales on B2B projects: discovery, scoping, proposals and pricing, then act as the client's single technical contact through launch.

I'm also building Closingly, an AI platform that turns sales calls into proposals and follow-ups. I've taken it from idea to production: API and webhook integrations, OAuth, per-customer data isolation, automated tests on every deploy, and a migration from Vercel to Cloudflare Workers.

What I bring to a Solutions Engineer role: I can run the discovery call, understand what the buyer actually needs, and then build the integration or proof of concept that shows it working.
