I've supported UK-based cab operations at Alpha Group, handling 80–100+ inbound calls daily across bookings, cancellations, fare disputes, and billing inquiries.

I maintain 95%+ CSAT by resolving issues quickly, documenting every interaction in CRM systems, and managing escalated complaints with empathetic, solution-focused communication. I also use iCabbi for booking and dispatch coordination and have trained new agents on call standards and system usage.

As a freelance Data Annotator for Pallon, I labeled and validated 1,000+ image, text, and audio datasets for AI/ML training, maintaining 98%+ annotation accuracy with Label Studio, CVAT, and Roboflow.
