I translate business, application, data, integration, security, reporting, infrastructure, and performance requirements into practical multi-tier architectures and execution plans. I guide customers through discovery, POCs, validation, go-live, stabilization, and operational handoff across AWS and on-premises environments.

I delivered an AWS-hosted Formulary Compliance POC by coordinating 8+ distributed teams, helping the customer proceed with full implementation. I also restored senior stakeholder confidence through an evidence-based recovery plan covering owners, risks, security, provisioning, dependencies, and validation checkpoints.

Earlier, I supported database, application, reporting, access, and user services for 100+ employees at Blue Pumpkin Software, Witness Systems, and Verint Systems. I enjoy building reusable delivery guidance, mentoring consultants across the United States and India, and helping teams make sound production-readiness decisions.
