At Coder Feast, I lead delivery of Pilgrim Tracking, a Hajj movement platform spanning trips, buses, hotels, checkpoints, and passenger exceptions. I turn fragmented client requests into documented workflows and coordinate engineering, QA, scope, and release planning.
At iFish Technologies, I led end-to-end delivery of iBusinessFlex, a 3S dealership platform, prioritizing sales and service requirements with dealership managers and the CEO. I introduced an issue intake process that helped reduce client escalations from approximately 10–15 to 4–5 per week.
I also managed delivery of client-facing web platform projects across eCommerce, retail, and enterprise sectors. I established sprint tracking, milestone reporting, and retrospective processes that were later adopted company-wide, and led a three-person sub-team to deliver an inventory management module two weeks ahead of schedule.
Before moving into project management, I contributed to backend development at oladoc.com and developed web platforms at iFish Technologies. My PHP and Laravel background, API integration experience, and Google Project Management Certificate inform how I work with engineering teams and external partners.
