Haris Ali
@harisali2
I deliver AI, software, and digital product projects from requirements through successful launch.
PakistanWhat I'm looking for
At Plego Technologies, I manage and coordinate 100+ software and technology projects across client organizations, leading a cross-functional team of approximately 12 people from requirements gathering through delivery and closure.
I've managed the Stephens Law AI Application using OpenAI libraries, Skender's AI Chrome Extension using Claude, and Skipify.ai, a property data and skip-tracing product. I also coordinate AI integrations, 3D and virtual experiences, web applications, mobile applications, and SaaS/product development.
I translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and actionable development tasks while managing backlogs, risks, schedules, dependencies, and stakeholder communication. My earlier PHP development work in Pakistan and New Zealand helps me connect business, design, development, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
