What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time, on-site evening-shift role in Karachi where I can resolve customer concerns, retain relationships, coordinate across teams, and deliver clear, accurate follow-up.

At SMEDA, I serve as the primary contact for SMEs and financial institutions, resolving stakeholder concerns, negotiating process issues, and following escalations through to closure.

I've also handled documentation, account-status, and compliance complaints in banking, where I de-escalated frustrated customers and maintained accurate records for consistent follow-up. My background in government education coordination and school leadership has strengthened my patient, clear communication and relationship management under pressure.
