I’m looking for a telecom/IT organization where I can lead business analysis across SDLC, translate requirements into BRDs and user stories, and drive Agile/Scrum delivery, process redesign, and quality-focused UAT support.

I’m a Senior Business Analyst and telecom process consultant with 10+ years of experience translating complex business and technical needs into clear BRDs, SRS documents, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, dashboards, and operational handover packages.

At Rogers Communications, I lead business analysis, technical documentation, and process improvement for telecom, IT, enterprise, and 5G initiatives. I create Method of Procedure documentation for 5G IP backbone upgrades and deployments, develop IWO documentation packages using NRM/HPNA/Documentum/SpatialNet, and support implementation through BRDs/SRS, Agile & Waterfall delivery, QA/UAT coordination, and operational handover.

I also drive measurable outcomes—streamlining testing and execution for telecom web applications, building QlikView dashboard systems, improving change management with root cause analysis, and supporting UAT planning and sign-off. Earlier, at PTCL, I developed and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS), built lifecycle reports, and led audits, corrective/preventive actions, and process redesign to improve cycle time and revenue.
