What I'm looking for

I'm open to connecting with people working in Food NPD, R&D, Manufacturing, and Business Development for collaboration, new opportunities, or exchanging ideas.

At Food Buddies, I guide food product development projects from idea generation and R&D prototypes through scale-up to commercial production. I work with clients and internal R&D teams to turn concepts into viable products across snacks, beverages, and health foods.

I also support contract manufacturing implementation and turnkey factory setup consultations. My work includes evaluating vendors for ingredients, packaging, and machinery, and guiding projects from formulation through pilot trials to production readiness.

At E & S FOOD TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD., I developed millet-based pop chips, including formulation, costing, and packaging design. I also helped launch Buona Stella products, including instant pasta, pop chips, and edible straws, and carried out digital marketing campaigns.

Earlier, as a Management Trainee at Shri Hari Milk Collection Unit, I collaborated on a sustainable dairy business model and assisted with milk collection, quality testing, pasteurization, and distribution. My training and internships also gave me experience with dairy processing, mango processing, and export protocols.
