At AGL, I develop and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards based on business and stakeholder requirements. I translate reporting needs into solutions, prepare data with Power Query, and build analytical measures using DAX.
I also design and optimise data models for reliable reporting, and develop and troubleshoot SQL queries, reports, and dashboards for operational and business needs.
At Teknowledge Rwanda, I maintained and monitored servers and enterprise IT systems, and provided Level 2 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. I handled incidents and service requests using ITSM and ITIL practices, including troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and SLA-based resolution.
Earlier, as an EBM Technical Support Intern at Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA), I supported hardware, software, and network incidents and helped restore normal IT services. I hold an MSc in Information Technology from University of Lay Adventists of Kigali (UNILAK) and ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
