What I'm looking for

I want to lead data-driven outbound email and LinkedIn programs—owning deliverability, infrastructure, automation, and reporting—while managing a team to improve reply rates, booked meetings, and pipeline growth.

I’m an Email Marketing Manager with 8+ years of experience building outbound systems from the ground up. I own the full setup—domain purchase, DNS configuration, warmup, list building, campaign writing, automation, and reporting—and I build the teams that run it.

I also run LinkedIn outreach as a coordinated second channel to increase reply rates and booked meetings. In my current role as a team lead, I set the email + LinkedIn strategy, manage execution daily, and improve campaigns using data and results—especially around deliverability, list quality, and performance optimization.

Previously, I joined to build the marketing operation from scratch, setting up infrastructure across 15+ active sending domains and leading an 8-person team across data scraping, copywriting, and LinkedIn outreach. I’ve built warmup SOPs and a library of 50+ industry- and funnel-stage email templates, using validation and A/B testing to steadily grow reply rates and pipeline impact.
