At SYNCOST, I co-founded a SaaS analytics platform for Shopify merchants that tracks costs and profitability and syncs print-on-demand platforms. I grew it to 160–170 active users while maintaining a customer rating of about 5.0/5.
I led SYNCOST's product development lifecycle from discovery and requirements through launch, translating merchant needs into features, user flows, and dashboard designs. I also worked with engineers to prioritize the roadmap and deliver releases.
At SYNCOST, I managed integrations with Meta, Google, TikTok, Printful, and Printify, and handled data-protection and privacy requirements during partner reviews. I also conducted market research and defined business strategy, pricing, and go-to-market plans.
Before SYNCOST, I sold more than 10,000 orders through my online stores and marketplace shops, including Etsy. As a freelance Senior Product Designer, I designed SaaS dashboards and interfaces, taking UI/UX work from wireframes to final designs.
