At Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, I administer 300+ VMs across production, corporate, and test/development environments. My work spans VMware and Azure infrastructure, including vSAN configuration, high-availability cluster migrations, and capacity planning.
I support hybrid infrastructure and identity operations for an environment serving 1,000+ users across six locations. I also develop PowerShell tools for onboarding, departures, and secondments across Active Directory and Exchange Online.
For infrastructure operations, I monitor systems with SCOM and support vulnerability remediation using PowerShell and Rapid7. I also administer SAN storage and manage server installation, troubleshooting, and secure decommissioning.
Earlier at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, I provided tier 2/3 application support for Salesforce, Dynamics 365, and SQL-related issues, following SLA and ITIL-aligned processes. At Memofix Hitech Services, I managed imaging servers and WAN/LAN configurations and authored technical repair guides.
