I am a marketing and administrative professional with hands-on experience in e-commerce order fulfillment, social media management, and administrative support. I combine practical marketing skills with organized administrative practices to support operations and customer service.

At Shopee I managed customer inquiries, inventory counts, packing, and courier coordination, which strengthened my operational and customer-facing capabilities. In contractual and staff roles I promoted products, handled buyer communications, and maintained social platforms to grow brand engagement.

In marketing staff roles I planned and supported campaigns, produced and edited content, and managed daily posting and engagement across Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. I also supported compliance and documentation work, including assisting with FDA application preparation and record management for health-related projects.

I hold a B.S. in Business Administration (Marketing) and offer strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Canva, alongside soft skills in communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and attention to detail.
