I’m an experienced Onboarding Facilitator and HR Specialist based in Tokyo, focused on guiding new hires through the critical transition from candidate to employee. In my onboarding work (including Onboarding/HR Specialist responsibilities), I build clarity and momentum so people can start strong and integrate smoothly into their roles.

Earlier, I strengthened my HR foundation through recruiting, talent acquisition, and employee HR/relations work, and I’ve also supported operational execution as a Production Coordinator managing logistics for televised comedy stand-up specials. I bring a people-first mindset and facilitation experience from workshop environments, using structured onboarding and practical coordination to help teams perform.
