I’m a Projects & Supply Chain Management professional with 4.5+ years of experience across Oil & Gas EPC and Tele Infrastructure & Automation projects. I currently manage end-to-end project monitoring for new build, run, and safety initiatives, supporting “100+ critical sites” with disciplined planning, compliance, and scheduling.
In my SCM roles, I drive strategic sourcing through Ariba, run spend analysis via cost comparison, and track cost leakage, commercials, and maverick spend to deliver cost-efficient delivery. I manage PR–PO cycles, P2P TAT, RA billing, and warehouse material availability using rollout forecasts, inventory levels, and partner delivery schedules—while overseeing safety, quality, documentation compliance, and project governance.
Earlier, I served as an SCM Business Enhancement Analyst/Assistant Manager, managing procurement workflows (PR/PO/SES/IBD/GRN) in SAP S/4HANA and Ariba, supporting vendor onboarding and PO contracts, and conducting routine audits of vendor documents. I also earned an “Excellence Appreciation Certificate in Q3 within first 11 months,” and I strengthen releases through UATs, BRD reviews, and change adoption.
