Moureen Mutiso

I'm currently leading the nationwide Clean Air campaign at Rwanda Emissions Inspection Program, working with the Rwanda Environment Management Authority to build public awareness of vehicle emissions and air quality.

At Pharo Foundation, I developed integrated communications and marketing campaigns across social media, newsletters, events, and partnerships. My work increased stakeholder engagement by 20% through a Teacher Capacity Building campaign and grew online engagement by 35% and followers by 25% within six months.

Through CECI Canada secondments to the National Women’s Council and Rwanda Men’s Resource Centre, I led advocacy, social mobilization, gender-equity messaging, multimedia storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.

I also spent six years managing corporate communications and PR at Royal FM Rwanda. I bring experience in media relations, crisis communication, brand management, content development, and strategic public relations to help organizations communicate their goals clearly to the public.
