Clement Uwihanganye

At Green City Kigali, I lead strategic communications and stakeholder engagement for Rwanda’s flagship green urban development project. I’ve initiated strategic partnerships and manage messaging, media relations, brand guidelines, website, and content across platforms.

Previously at Spruik Agency, I led a multidisciplinary team of more than 10 people delivering communication solutions for government institutions, NGOs, and international organizations. I managed communications and visibility for 20+ climate action, conservation, development, and social-impact projects.

I translate complex development issues into compelling stories, campaigns, and practical communication tools that drive awareness and action. My work spans advocacy, digital communications, events, media engagement, capacity building, and communications for girls’ education, leadership, and women’s empowerment.
