What I'm looking for

I'm applying for the fixed-term Revenue Management Support role at Marriott International and am ready to support hotels remotely through Power of M.

At Hilton Paris Opera, I conducted income audits across Rooms, F&B, and banquet revenue using OnQ PMS, Agilysys POS, and Operations Audit. I investigated variances with Reception, Kitchen, and F&B outlets, and held the Cost Controller position solo for three weeks.

At Le Grand Balcon 4-Star Boutique Hotel, I closed the day through revenue audits, cash reconciliation, and financial reporting. I also handled overnight guest issues and reservations between audits.

At ResidHotel Group, I handled daily check-ins and check-outs and weekly reservation requests using HotSoft PMS. I trained a three-month intern and two new receptionists, and coordinated with Housekeeping and Maintenance.
