What I'm looking for

I seek a role in digital or e-commerce operations where I can apply digital marketing, social media, and operational skills, grow into leadership, and work in a disciplined, team-oriented environment.

I am a digital operations and e-commerce professional with hands-on experience in call center operations, online order processing, and digital marketing. I combine practical operational know-how with skills in social media management, video editing, and basic graphic design.

At Raz Mohol (Taif Group) I worked as an Executive Officer in a call-center/online e-commerce role, and I operated at Daraz Sort Center processing orders. Currently I serve as Executive, Digital Operations at Gaanchill Media Limited, driving digital workflows and operational efficiency.

I bring strong communication abilities in Bengali and English, team leadership experience, and a target-oriented, self-motivated approach. I have practical experience with digital marketing tools and content production that support customer engagement and sales funnels.

I am completing a BBA and seek to apply my operational and digital marketing skills in roles that value disciplined work, clear communication, and continuous improvement.
