Defined the brand's vision, identity, and positioning, setting design and quality standards. Designed and executed marketing and PR campaigns, managed supply chain, inventory, and budgets, and recruited and mentored a cross-functional team.

Designed an accessible savings product for feature-phone and low-data users, producing the full project management plan, Scrum backlog, KPI framework, and investor-ready deck.

Delivered a five-page linked web prototype and full corporate website for PCD Integrated, produced a functional requirements document and cost breakdown for Primote Africa's talent job board, and built the studio's brand system, marketing website, BD pipeline tracker, and Python content-automation system.

Authored the full product specification (FRD v2.0) and end-to-end brand system, built the go-to-market strategy including corridor-selection scorecard and contractor onboarding, and designed a differentiated goods-in-transit insurance feature with Paystack/Flutterwave payments and NIN/NIMC verification.
