I’m a goal-oriented Office Manager skilled at meeting customer needs, managing office spaces, and communicating with team members. I focus on organized day-to-day operations while keeping service aligned with what customers expect.

In my current Office Manager role at H&R Block, I managed two offices and provided leadership. I handle phone calls, appointments, scheduling, deposits, customer concerns, and coaching staff to produce customer-centric service.

Previously, I worked as a Data clerk/Part coordinator (temp) at Revolution Machine Tools, managing inventory, orders, and distributing spare parts and materials. I also maintained accurate parts and company information in a database through consistent updates.

I’ve also supported customer-facing operations as an Assistant Manager at H&R Block and as a Specialist at Apple. I’ve identified customer needs, explained products and services, handled cash and office supplies, and resolved complaints to keep experiences positive.
