I'm looking for an operations or business transformation role where I can improve processes, analyze data, partner across teams, strengthen customer experiences, and contribute to sustainable organizational change.

At Pinnacle Career Institute, I lead end-to-end student onboarding and partner with financial aid, academics, registrar, and compliance teams to support enrollment and a seamless customer experience.

I analyze enrollment trends, CRM data, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities, maintain data integrity, and help stakeholders remove process barriers. My work spans workflow improvement, compliance documentation, KPI reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

My MBA project work applies Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, process mapping, benchmarking, and root cause analysis to real organizational challenges. I develop data-informed recommendations focused on operational efficacy, quality improvement, customer satisfaction, and sustainable change.
