At Her PLAN, I build statewide partnerships with community leaders and assistance providers across churches, ministries, government, business, and healthcare. I identify service gaps and work to strengthen resources for women and families.

I educate community leaders about challenges facing women experiencing unexpected pregnancies, develop long-term community engagement strategies, and coordinate community events. I also serve as a liaison between Her PLAN and state-level community organizations.

At the Ohio House of Representatives, I clerked the Ohio House Commerce & Labor Committee and helped organize, facilitate, and document its operations. I coordinated with lobbyists, state agencies, and other interested parties on policy, and collaborated on drafting legislation, reviewing bills, and writing press releases.

With the Air Force National Guard, I served as an Air Transportation Specialist and was an Airfield Driving Manager during a Middle East deployment. I supervised a ramp team during Joint Naval Operations, oversaw five airmen, and contributed to transporting cargo across missions; I also trained airmen on systems, safety, and equipment use.
