I'm looking for remote or hybrid work in hypervision, planning, data analysis, reporting, or French-language customer service, in the sub-region or internationally.

At VIPP INTERSTIS BENIN, I monitor real-time operations and plan resources across client accounts including FREE Telecom and Alliance Healthcare, with backup coverage for Carglass France and Hueber Assurance. I analyze performance indicators and prepare reports tailored to managers and clients.

I also identify IT incidents and escalate them to the appropriate teams, resolving simple issues through Grafana, R2D2, and MIA. Previously, I handled appointment scheduling and glass-breakage insurance claims for Carglass France through Odigo.
