At Syracuse City School District, I build Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and cloud-based analytics used by district leaders to monitor operational, student, and performance metrics. I use SQL, Python, and R to clean, combine, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
I implemented reusable quality controls that reduced entry/exit discrepancies by 40% and eliminated thousands of duplicate records from downstream reporting. I also automate reconciliation and reporting workflows and document metric definitions, assumptions, and limitations.
At SYRACUSE UNIVERSITY, I reconciled and analyzed an equipment asset portfolio across more than 100 departments using PeopleSoft Asset Management, Tableau, and Excel. Earlier, in the U.S. ARMY, I managed personnel and readiness data for more than 1,200 personnel, including recurring validation, reporting, and records management.
