I’m a Data & BI Analyst with 3+ years turning multi-source operational and financial data into executive reporting for private-equity portfolio companies. My analyses surfaced $500K in margin leakage and a 2.5-day fulfillment bottleneck, while self-service Power BI platforms were adopted by 30+ stakeholders.

As a Senior BI Analyst at Accordion, I built and maintained 15+ daily-refreshed Power BI dashboards (Revenue, Margins, AR/AP, Inventory, Production Variances, Spend, BOM), consolidating data from 2 ERPs into a single reporting platform for 30+ stakeholders across 3 business units. I wrote SQL (CTEs, window functions, stored procedures) and Power Query ETL to transform raw ERP tables into clean fact/dimension models, then architected a governed semantic layer of 30+ certified DAX measures enabling company-wide self-service analytics. I also standardized KPI definitions across ERPs, designed drill-through navigation from executive KPIs to transaction detail, and ran 10+ requirements workshops with senior leadership in an Agile framework with specs and UAT tracked in JIRA.

Previously, as a BI Analyst at Accordion, I delivered 6+ Tableau dashboards that replaced weekly Excel reporting and became a standing decision-support layer for 5+ regional leaders and commercial teams. I identified pricing irregularities impacting approximately $500K in annual margin and exposed a 2.5-day fulfillment bottleneck through an end-to-end Lead-to-Cash dashboard, while automation reduced weekly manual reporting effort by ~60%. In parallel with my M.S. in Data Science (University at Buffalo), I built Power BI reporting for 30,000+ students across 5 recreation centers and eliminated 5+ hours of weekly manual data entry with Power Automate, plus I’ve supported impactful analytics through Python forecasting and PostgreSQL modeling.
