I am a proactive administrative and case-management professional with hands-on experience supporting legal operations, coordinating projects, and delivering client-focused solutions. I consistently manage documentation, correspondence, and settlement claims with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

My background includes virtual legal assistant work handling bodily injury, property damage, UM/UIM, PIP/MedPay claims, liens, reductions, and settlement releases, as well as short-term project-in-charge responsibilities overseeing construction site activities, vendors, and schedules. I complement this with tutoring experience that strengthened my communication and mentoring abilities.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Senior High School ABM background, and I bring organizational skills, flexibility, and critical thinking to roles that require reliable documentation, stakeholder coordination, and timely delivery of quality results.
