I’m looking to lead private credit delivery and lending operations—owning borrowing-base excellence, strengthening lender reporting, and scaling teams with analytics and automation. I want to partner with global stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and client value.

I’m a Private Credit Operations and Lending transformation delivery lead with 10+ years of experience, focused on end-to-end borrowing base ownership, collateral analytics, and credit risk support for private market clients. I build scalable delivery frameworks that strengthen client relationships and expand service scope beyond defined work.

In my current role (Gurgaon), I lead international private market operations and manage end-to-end delivery and team operations. I improve turnaround time and operational efficiency by onboarding new processes, strengthening lender reporting workflows, and continuously driving service delivery scale.

I’m known for combining analytical depth with automation-driven execution. I leverage VBA, Power Query, Power Automate, Power BI, and AI/LLM-based tools to streamline lending workflows, reduce manual dependency, and deliver higher-quality analytical output in complex credit environments.

Earlier in my career, I strengthened my foundation through Financial Modelling & Valuation, business loan creditworthiness assessments, and bank loan ratings—work that shaped how I evaluate risk, produce valuation conclusions, and support underwriting decisions. I’m most effective where I can partner with stakeholders, spot process gaps early, and continuously upgrade reporting and lending operations.
