I’m a Texas all-lines adjuster focused on auto physical damage and total loss work, with strengths in claims documentation and clear claimant communication. I’m building my desk adjuster skill set through structured training and hands-on practice in claims workflows.

From April 2020 to the present, I completed comprehensive desk auto claims training at 1st Source Adjuster Firm. I gained experience with claims intake, file setup, documentation, and note entry in claims systems, along with reviewing police reports, vehicle photos, and repair estimates.

I also practiced total loss evaluations using Mitchell and NADA valuation tools, and trained on claimant communication, status updates, and high-volume file handling. My approach emphasizes organization, attention to detail, de-escalation, and setting expectations effectively.

Before claims training, I worked in fast-paced customer-facing roles as a Server/Bartender and Retail Sales Associate. Those experiences strengthened my ability to multitask, stay organized under pressure, and deliver professional communication—skills I now apply to desk-based claims support. I’m open to hybrid or remote desk-based auto claims roles.
