I’m looking for a full-time role in the property industry where I can use my leasing, sales, and market analytics to improve profitability—working with a goal-driven team, serving clients effectively, and growing through new opportunities and challenges.

I’m a highly driven professional with experience and achievements in the property industry, and I’m motivated by challenges that help both the organization and my own growth. I’m seeking a full-time position where I can apply my skills in leasing, sales, and market analytics to improve profitability.

As an experienced Leasing agent (Habitat Property Management, 2019–present), I manage the lease application process end-to-end: viewing or tours, screening and applications, follow-up on payments, lease-up, lease signing, and inspections. I also prepare weekly, monthly, and weekly movement reports, keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with leasing regulations and fair housing laws.

I consistently focus on results and customer satisfaction, including maintaining “the 100% occupancy in 2 of the developments.” I also support growth initiatives such as aiming to fill a rental development from “82%” to “90% by the end of the term,” while staying aligned with competitors and evolving market trends.

Earlier leadership roles strengthened my commercial and operational mindset. I served as a Sales supervisor and top Sales Consultant, and later as CEO at MK Travel Agency—where I handled bookings, marketing, visas, banking, customer issues, and closing deals—building strong communication, negotiation, and leadership habits I bring to every client and team.
