Across Managed Services, WAFR Delivery, and Professional Services, I've progressed into increasingly complex client-facing delivery work. I delivered approximately 50 AWS Well-Architected Framework Reviews in six months—about two projects per week—while helping scale a major revenue-generating service.

I partner with solution architects, engineers, and client stakeholders from discovery and scoping through execution and closure. I lead kickoffs, sprint reviews, milestone check-ins, retrospectives, risk management, scope changes, and executive reporting across concurrent engagements.

I also use AI-enhanced delivery workflows, including Claude and Kiro, to support project artifacts, Jira tickets, timelines, documentation, and workflow automation.
