What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise technology and digital transformation programs where I can own delivery, strengthen PMO governance, align executive stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes across complex multi-vendor environments.

I've led enterprise digital transformation and Salesforce programs for ConX Digital, DtcForce, Nespon Solutions, and Media.Monks, taking engagements from discovery and roadmap shaping through delivery and steady-state.

I manage scope, budgets, forecasts, vendors, risks, governance, and executive reporting across telecom, fintech, real estate, consumer goods, and retail.
