I’m looking for a role where I can lead enterprise HR/ERP transformation, translate complex requirements into clear solutions, and drive adoption through strong testing, traceability, and collaborative stakeholder engagement in Agile teams.

I bring over 12 years of experience delivering business analysis, enterprise systems transformation, and technology-enabled process improvements across energy, engineering, education, and public-sector environments. In my current role as a Senior Business Analyst at ATCO, I lead business analysis activities supporting enterprise HR and ERP transformation by assessing needs, documenting requirements, and aligning solutions with operational objectives.

I’m known for translating stakeholder priorities into effective IT solutions and business applications. I facilitate requirements workshops, validate business problems and solution options, and develop functional documentation such as process/workflow diagrams, configuration notes, and functional specifications. I also support quality assurance through SIT and UAT planning, test scenario development, defect tracking, and validation against approved requirements, while maintaining traceability records and decision logs.

My background spans enterprise architecture and information management, with a practical focus on improving service delivery. I apply business modeling, business rules, data modeling, feasibility analysis, business cases, and cost-benefit thinking to ensure recommendations are credible and actionable. I’ve supported initiatives across Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and ERP, Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Workday, SAP, Taleo, ICIMS, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Dynamics 365, working closely with HR, payroll, operations, IT, and vendor teams.

I combine structured delivery with strong stakeholder engagement to keep initiatives aligned and adopted. I’ve worked in Agile (including Scrum) and Waterfall environments, handling change management, risk management, and business continuity planning, and I prepare executive summaries, briefing notes, and governance artifacts to support decision-making. With CBAP and CSM credentials, I continuously emphasize clear requirements, measurable outcomes, and smooth implementation readiness.
