What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a BI/data and digital transformation role where I can design dashboards, translate business requirements, and lead training and change management—ideally in health or data-driven environments focused on measurable impact.

I’m a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Analyst with 7+ years’ experience in digital transformation, system & business analysis, health informatics, and user training. I’m recognized for analyzing business requirements, designing user requirements for digital solutions, and leading change management initiatives in healthcare and commercial settings.

I bridge the gap between technical teams and end users to ensure solutions are fit-for-purpose, compliant with standards, and adopted effectively. In my BI work, I support operational efficiency by analyzing requirements, developing system specifications, building dashboards and reports for decision-making, and validating solutions through UAT.

I also bring a strong digital health implementation background, having supported the Ministry of Health with the Integrated Hospital Management Information System (IHMIS). I led deployment and change management across 13 regional and general hospitals, designed training for healthcare staff, and ensured compliance with privacy, security, and health data standards (e.g., HIPAA).

Alongside technical delivery, I focus on capacity building and continuous improvement—designing digital literacy and system training, preparing documentation (BRDs, use cases, process flows), and coordinating site readiness, gap analyses, and refresher support. I’m currently pursuing an MSc in Health Informatics with a focus on predictive analytics in health care, so my work continues to grow toward smarter, data-driven outcomes.
