I’m ready to level up in HR and bring my energy, organization, and people-first mindset to the next challenge.

At Synergy Flavors, I supported multi-site HR operations across three locations, including full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, and staffing support.

I served as a primary HR resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on policies, employee relations, and workplace issues. I also coordinated onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, and payroll support.

I managed HRIS and applicant tracking workflows using Workday, ADP Workforce Now, and iCIMS, while maintaining accurate records and supporting audit readiness. I also assisted with employee relations documentation and leave administration.

Before Synergy Flavors, I was Administrative Manager at Frontier Chiropractic, where I managed administrative work including credentialing, billing, collections, claims processing, and insurance reimbursement. I’m ready to take on my next challenge in HR.
