At Freyr Solutions, I led the design and development of an eCTD 4.0 validation service for FDA/EMA submissions. Its serverless AWS pipeline was load-tested to 15M+ validations per day.

I built reusable patterns for complex validation rules and a Redis idempotency layer to prevent duplicate processing during Lambda retries. I also added centralized log tracing with Amazon OpenSearch and CloudWatch.

At Amdocs, I designed a Kafka event-driven port-in service for USCC and built microservices and REST APIs for the AT&T Brazil account. I also developed a React/TypeScript CRM application and worked on production performance, authentication, and legacy system integration.
