What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead secure, scalable mobile and cross-platform product delivery, especially in FinTech, while advancing AI-assisted engineering workflows and mentoring distributed teams.

I'm leading mobile engineering for Lesha Bank and other enterprise FinTech products, building secure digital banking experiences across Android, iOS, and web.

At NeoSOFT Technologies, I manage a remote cross-functional team of 12 internal developers and 22 client CBT members. I've architected multi-flavor Flutter banking applications using Clean Architecture, MVVM, and BLoC.

I build financial-security layers including RASP, jailbreak and root detection, SSL pinning, hardware biometrics, secure storage, identity verification, and payment integrations. My work supports App Store and Play Store delivery with Firebase configurations and brand-specific release pipelines.

I've also led Capital Bank Mobile through a four-year delivery with zero client-reported issues post-launch, contributed to ICICI VRM in Flutter Web, and created consumer and open-source Flutter projects while exploring AI-assisted engineering workflows.
