I’m a Technical Lead with over 8 years of experience building mobile applications using Flutter, Dart, and Native Android, and I enjoy working on products where performance, code quality, and user experience truly matter.
In my current role at Mahindra Finance, I lead mobile development efforts with a strong focus on architecture, performance, and team collaboration. I work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to ensure features are built thoughtfully and delivered on time.
A large part of my work involves improving app performance, Handling across team communication, and introducing better practices to improve app performance and enhanced team efficiency.Recently i worked on integrating Dynatrace in our app for enhanced monitoring to keep our app stable and reliable in production.
Earlier, while working on Magnifi, an AI-powered investing app, I led the rewrite of a core cart feature. The goal was simple, make the experience faster and smoother for users. By reworking state management, optimising widget rebuilds, and addressing UI performance issues, we were able to significantly improve interaction responsiveness and overall user experience. I enjoy this kind of hands-on problem solving, especially when the impact is directly felt by users.
