As Founder & Principal of MNH Consulting, Ltd., I lead enterprise-wide transformation programmes employing 800+ staff across 50+ sites, strengthening governance and crisis-ready business continuity frameworks. I also founded and served as CEO of TheSleepLab Africa, building Kenya’s first at-home sleep diagnostics and treatment service from inception.
