At Tibu Health, I turned a loss-making outpatient network into a profitable operation within 12 months, growing revenue by more than 40% and lifting gross margin from below 50% to 71.5%. I held full P&L ownership as the network expanded from 3 to 10 sites across 4 counties.
I built governance frameworks, SOPs and KPI systems that gave the Board a single source of operational truth. I also contracted HMIS vendors and developed Power BI finance and operations dashboards across 11 departments.
At Tibu Health, I built a referral network of more than 200 partners and grew laboratory revenue by about 30% and test volumes by more than 55%. I also helped grow virtual consultations from about 200 to more than 1,200 per month in four months.
