What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead teams building scalable observability, backend, and AI systems, where I can combine hands-on architecture with hiring, mentoring, engineering standards, and measurable product outcomes.

I build observability and AI systems, and I build the teams that ship them.

Most recently I established ScienceLogic's first India product-engineering site - hired 19 engineers and QA from 200+ interviews with no local HR or office for the first 18 months, scaled to 15 across two teams, converted 15 of 16 contractors to full-time with no attrition, and grew two engineers into team leads who now run both teams independently.

I stayed hands-on throughout. I built a PowerPack A/B testing platform that cut release-testing cycle time 61% and made platform validation 6x faster. I wrote the Python 2 to 3 conversion tooling (CLI, desktop app, and an agentic version) used across US and India teams to convert 60 PowerPacks ahead of a hard deadline. I architected an MCP server exposing SL1 and PowerPack capabilities to AI coding agents, adopted across every PowerPack team, and built core components of a multi-agent RAG system that resolves support escalations before they reach engineers. Together those cut SLA breaches 90% and average support resolution time 60%.

Before that, at Noblesoft I led backend architecture for education and job platforms across Indonesia - a multi-tenant system scaled to 600k users and 100k concurrent, P95 held near 150ms under peak load, $60k/year in cloud cost removed, and HLS adaptive-bitrate streaming that cut video bandwidth and storage roughly 50%.

What I care about: monitoring that tells you something true, AI that removes real toil rather than demoing well, and engineers who get better for having worked with me.
