I’m looking for a leadership role where I can own backend architecture, CI/CD, and production reliability—while building event-driven microservices and scaling AI-agent/RAG pipelines with strong observability and mentoring culture.

I’m a Lead Python Developer with 6+ years building and scaling backend systems, REST APIs, and event-driven microservices using FastAPI, Django, and Flask across AWS and Azure.

I’ve recently led the design of autonomous AI-agent platforms and production RAG pipelines—integrating LLMs, vector search, and async event-driven processing to automate high-touch enterprise workflows.

As a hands-on technical lead, I guide engineers through architecture decisions, own production deployments and CI/CD, and drive measurable gains in latency, throughput, and reliability. I also strengthen API security (JWT/OAuth2, RBAC), optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis), and improve observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
