At Deloitte Consulting, I led enterprise programs across Healthcare, Banking, and Public Sector, including a $30M provider modernization program. I ran its delivery lifecycle from scoping through go-live and handover, while keeping the technology roadmap aligned with client priorities.
For Western Union's global digital banking transformation, I coordinated delivery across Digital Banking, Payments, Core Banking, and Crypto platforms in Europe, the USA, and Brazil. I worked with a distributed team of 80+ across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Business Analysis, establishing governance and executive reporting.
I built a 40-person Application Management function from the ground up, including hiring the team, creating its playbook, and establishing SLA governance and KPI reporting. I also developed executive dashboards to make program health visible and useful for decisions.
Earlier, at Cognizant Technology Solutions, I delivered quality engineering and testing across Banking and Healthcare clients. I hold SAFe 5 Agilist, Certified ScrumMaster, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, and ISTQB certifications, and I’m a DFX Certified Trainer.
