At Al Fan Emirates LLC, I support HR operations for more than 1,000 employees across multiple departments, maintaining accurate employee records and HR data in SAP HR.

I coordinate onboarding, attendance and leave records, employee inquiries, recruitment support, and engagement initiatives. I also prepare labor contracts, medical applications, ILOE insurance documentation, and medical insurance additions and deletions.

I monitor visa expiry dates, coordinate timely renewals, and assist with visa, labor, and immigration procedures while ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company HR policies.
