I am an HR Coordinator & Assistant PRO with 2 years of UAE experience in HR administration and employee support. In my previous role at AL FAN EMIRATES GENERAL TRADING L.L.C., I handled employee documentation, HR records, attendance management, onboarding documentation, medical insurance additions and deletions, salary card applications, visa and labour-related processes, document expiry tracking, staff grievances, and coordination with government/PRO portals.

I have hands-on experience supporting HR operations and maintaining accurate employee records while handling confidential employee information professionally. I am detail-oriented, adaptable, quick to learn new systems and processes, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

I am interested in growing my career in Human Resources, particularly in HR administration, HR coordination, employee documentation, HR operations, and PRO-related support.
