I'm building internal automation systems and AI-powered workflows at Waya Multi-Links Technology Ltd (Wayalinks), including a support bot and technical-team automations that reduce manual process overhead.

I've shipped end-to-end AI products, from real-time fraud detection using Kafka, XGBoost, LangGraph, FastAPI, Redis, and Docker to a Shopify support automation system with multi-channel WhatsApp, Telegram, and email support.

I also built a five-stage HR recruitment automation pipeline that directly resulted in securing my full-time role, alongside an explainable RAG credit-risk engine using LightGBM, SHAP, LIME, and financial documentation.

My work spans data pipelines, model deployment, APIs, and user-facing interfaces. Earlier, I built and maintained React and Tailwind CSS frontends for Kadcars and fixed frontend issues for Isopara.com.
