At Ryder System, Inc., I lead IT service governance and digital resilience for mission-critical enterprise applications. I serve as the executive escalation point for major incidents, coordinating response across IT Operations, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, application, and vendor teams through restoration.

I led blameless root cause analysis and formal Problem Management to eliminate the organization’s top five recurring system failures. By integrating AIOps monitoring and automating detection-to-response handoffs, I reduced MTTR 18% and sustained 98%+ SLA compliance.

I designed and enforced a Cloud Governance Framework that formalized 20+ SLAs and OLAs, and deployed Python/RPA automation across recurring operational workflows, driving a 25% efficiency gain. I’m also building a Microsoft 365 Copilot agent to generate weekly Problem Management KPI reports from ServiceNow data.

In my independent consulting work, I advise SMB clients on IT governance, Microsoft 365 and MDM infrastructure standards, cybersecurity, and AI automation. For House of Dreams LLC, I prepared an M365, MDM, and infrastructure rollout plan.
