I'm supporting JRS Singapore's E3 Programme as a Programmes Intern while working as a Network Operation Center Engineer at SystemEngineer 360 Pte. Ltd., where I troubleshoot network equipment, gather technical requirements, document issues, and help customers operate network and cybersecurity solutions.
Previously, I taught Cisco CCNA, IT Essentials, and Network Essentials as a Cisco Academy Instructor for JRS Singapore, achieving an 80%+ CCNA pass rate among refugee students.
